男,1978 年出生,博士,现任中国科学院上海药物研究所副研究员。

2000 9 月毕业于复旦大学药学院,于2002 8 月在中国科学院上海药物研究所师从沈竞康研究员,2007 7 月获理学博士学位。2008 10 ~200910 月,瑞士Bern 大学化学系博士后,从事药物化学与DNA 为模板的分子自组装研究。指导教授:R. Haener 教授。


主要从事基于优势结构的GPCR 和蛋白激酶抑制剂靶向化合物库设计和合成,并成功从中发现一类新颖骨架结构的二苯甲基哌嗪CB1 受体拮抗剂,HDAC抑制剂,以及PI3KmTOR抑制剂,后者获得国家自然科学基金和“十二五”国家新药科技专项支持。同时,发展了基于多组份反应的方法学研究用于构建新颖骨架结构的杂环化合物,从中发现多类新颖骨架结构的高活性抗肿瘤化合物和有丝分裂抑制剂。研究工作在Adv Synth Catal, Eur J Med Chem, Eur J Org Chem, Org Biomol Chem, Chem. Eur. J., J Comb Chem等杂志发表。
